Buscamos um(a) Analista de RH Pleno, com olhar estratégico e mãos na operação, para fortalecer nossos processos de desenvolvimento humano.
 

 Descrição das principais atividades: 

- Atuar de forma generalista, sendo referência de RH para as lideranças e equipes da fábrica; 
- Conduzir e apoiar programas de Treinamento & Desenvolvimento, capacitação técnica e comportamental;
- Apoiar processos de avaliação de desempenho, PDI e acompanhamento de talentos; 
- Participar de iniciativas de cultura, clima organizacional e engajamento; 
- Atuar junto às lideranças no desenvolvimento de times de alta performance;
- Apoiar processos de R&S, integração de novos colaboradores e employer branding local; 
- Contribuir para a melhoria contínua dos processos de RH, com olhar analítico e foco em resultado; 
- Garantir a aplicação das políticas de RH alinhadas à estratégia do negócio e à realidade fabril.

O que buscamos:

- Experiência prévia como Analista de RH Generalista (nível pleno); 
- Vivência em ambiente industrial (diferencial forte: automotivo ou manufatura); 
- Conhecimento em Desenvolvimento Organizacional, T&D e práticas de gestão de pessoas; 
- Boa capacidade de comunicação, organização e influência com diferentes públicos; 
- Perfil proativo, colaborativo e com senso de dono;
- Conhecimento em Workday será um diferencial.
