**Position Summary**
The HR Business Partner supports business leaders and employees in a matrix organizational structure by implementing People & Culture strategies, policies, and processes at the local level. The role acts as a trusted advisor to managers, ensuring effective people management practices while maintaining compliance with Chilean labor legislation and internal policies.
With approximately 80 employees at site, the HRBP balances operational HR execution with advisory support across talent management, employee relations, workforce planning, and organizational effectiveness. The role partners closely with regional and global People & Culture teams to ensure consistency while adapting practices to local business needs and cultural context.
**Responsibilities**
1. Serve as the primary HR point of contact for managers and employees, providing guidance on People & Culture policies, processes, and employee relations matters.
2. Ensure compliance with the Chilean Labor Code, Internal Work Regulations, collective agreements (if applicable), and the Company Code of Conduct
3. Support performance management processes, including goal setting, performance reviews, feedback cycles, and development discussions
4. Coordinate recruitment and selection activities for open roles, partnering with hiring managers and external vendors as needed
5. Support workforce planning activities, providing basic people analytics, headcount tracking, and cost considerations for the site
6. Partner with Global People Services or shared services teams to administer compensation, benefits, onboarding, offboarding, and employee lifecycle processes
7. Contribute to employee engagement, wellbeing, and culture initiatives aligned with regional and global People & Culture priorities
**Qualifications**
+ **Minimum Education** : Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
+ **Minimum Experience** : Approximately 2 years of experience in Human Resources roles (HRBP, HR Coordinator, or HR Generalist), with exposure to employee relations, recruitment, and performance management.
+ **Preferred Experience** : Experience in multinational or matrix organizations and familiarity with regional or global HR operating models.
