Position Purpose Commercial Analyst Sr is the responsible to analyze business trends, opportunities and recommend potential solutions, analyzing data for accuracy, responsible for elaborating reports and supporting of the operations requests, present data and solutions to senior members of management. Perform well under high pressure and react quickly to adhoc request of business information, interdisciplinary work with other departments and share data, organized and manage projects to completion. Position acts as lead and supports other analysts on team and other departments. Primary Accountabilities + Analyze and present business results, tracks sales, promotions, discounts, GM and recommend solutions for deviations. Manages Customer File, Credit Accounts, Tier Pricing and budget. + Adhoc reporting fot VP of area, MLT, Commercial Director and Regional Managers request + CRM knowledge, design layouts and data structure of new reports as needed for business performance, conversion of file formats to Metadata formats and load to server + Maintainace of existing reports in SFA (rerun process, load data to tables, minor and major changes in the layout and logic, backup data, upload pdf forms, etc.) + Develop yearly and new store sales targets and manage attainment results for payout, develop baselines and targets for all sales contest, annually elaborate the payroll plan for commercial area. + Leverage with the USA Team in the development and improvement of new reports or new projects with new technologies. + Training and coach territory managers for the use of CRM Education & Experience Level of Formal Education: A Bachelor's degree (BA, BS) or equivalent. Area of Study: Commercial Sales, Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Business Analytic Information, or IT Management, retail experience. Years of Experience: Five to seven years. Type of Experience: Strong analytical experience and extensive knowledge of SQL and SAS, Strong human relations, problem solving and knowledge of MS Office, WebFOCUS, Web Programing Language Experience Special Certifications or Technical Skills: SQL, Statistical, OR techniques and ability to apply the same for business requirements, SAS, Excel, JavaSpring, PHP, Access, WebFOCUS, CGI, Perl or other related software. Other/Preferred: Bi-lingual (English/Spanish) proficiency, established time management, prioritization and organizational skills, Self-motivated to deliver results and demonstrates high level of integrity.
