Who we are looking for
We are looking for an AML Specialist. You will join the AML Regulatory Reporting - Outsourcing Area; the team acts as First Line of Defense on behalf of the clients (Asset Management Companies). You will be responsible for the data maintenance in the database (Standardized Archive) in line with Italian AML regulatory requirements. The role will have direct contact with the stakeholders.
This role can be performed in a hybrid model, where you can balance work from home and office to match your needs and role requirements.

What you will be responsible for
As AML Specialist you will
Register in the Standardized Archive transactions and accounts on behalf of the clients
Conduct data quality examination and due diligence on existing clients, taking action where necessary
Direct contact with the stakeholders on a daily basis provide a high quality service
Oversight analysis
Review procedures, monitor service levels and implement change where necessary to improve the quality within the department and ensure necessary controls are in place.
SLA and KPI review and check
Reporting any suspicious behavior in relation to AML guidelines.
What we value
These skills will help you succeed in this role
Previous experience in AML field would be an asset.
Knowledge of fund administration is an advantage.
Experience in quality check and project management.
Advanced computer skills (MS Office: Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Access and Outlook).
Good organizational skills in order to meet deadlines.
Ability to work under pressure while maintaining high accuracy and quality standards, analytical and process thinking skills.
Strong client focus.
Manage risks within your individual role by following set procedures and understand that impact may include financial and reputational damage.
Education & Preferred Qualifications
Degree in Law or Compliance or Economics background.
Excellent communication skills - fluent in Italian (written & oral).
Good English level is an advantage.
Additional requirements
Knowledge in AML Italian regulatory will be considered a plus.
