POSITION PURPOSEThe Solutions Manager is a full-service technology resource for Asset Services initiatives. The focus of this position is to identify solutions, streamline processes, and assist with consolidating business applications that come from new / existing business onboardings, new country adoption, and general functional enhancements. This position is expected to lead large, complex projects – including process mapping, author recommendations and present to stakeholders, and define our approach for application utilization.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
Responsible for one or more of the following:
Understanding our business - Demonstrate familiarity with all facets of the company’s business and exhibit understanding of services provided and customers served throughout the networkSolutioning - Document requirements and processes, along with analyzing all potential solutions with business and client stakeholdersProject Delivery - Manage and drive results on project teams to deliver or exceed project outcomesImprovement & Innovation - Constantly look for ways to improve the way we work and the solutions we offer to our business and our clientsData Migration - Assist in scoping and mapping of various data migration efforts due to merger of similar applications or client onboarding.Conduct Workshops - Periodically conduct workshops related to process improvement, User Acceptance Testing and training sessions in order to improve holistic processes across regions or service linesManage, guide, and support a team of business analysts ensuring high performance and productivityDETAILED ACCOUNTABILITIES
Work with various levels of the organization to capture project goals, objectives, and the associated requirements. Provide implementation assistance for medium to highly complex in nature and may contain multiple stakeholder groups or work streamIdentify project stakeholders and user groups. Engage with the stakeholders to identify subject matter experts and plan change management for project roll outCollaborate with the team to assess the cross functional impacts of business decisions across various platforms for each service line / region and provide input on processes and procedures affecting the business users.Primary focus will be business process design and standardization. You will work with, and lead, a cross functional team members to drive business strategy and process optimization, capture user requirements, and assist the IT development team in designing, testing, and implementing software solutions that meet the business’s needs.Collaborate with the team to assess the cross functional impacts of business decisions across various platforms for each service line / region and provide input on processes and procedures affecting the business usersPartner with the user community, to identify their business requirements; analyze business processes; analyze source data; produce functional specifications, data flows and business rules; and assist with the implementation of those specificationsHelp drive process improvements and recommend best practices on the business platform; leverage yourknowledge of best practices to help our professional services organization utilize the platforms to maximize results
Recommend process improvement opportunities related to the application – document current state process and create future state process documentationRemain educated and up-to-date with current technologies, solutions, trends and risksAssist with mentoring, training, and implementation of best practices for the teamJOB REQUIREMENTS & QUALIFICATIONS
Education and Previous Experience:
Bachelor’s Degree or Professional Industry Designation7+ years of relevant experience in accounting, commercial real estate, and/or information technology5+ years of IT work experience5+ years of experience supporting application systemsOr similar combination of education and experienceTargeted Competencies

The compensation that will be offered to the successful candidate will depend on factors such as whether the position is covered by a collective bargaining agreement, the geographic area in which the work will be performed, market pay rates in that area, and the candidate’s experience and qualifications.
The company will not pay less than minimum wage for this role.
