We work close to the business to ensure financial accuracy, enable informed decisions, and continuously improve how Finance operates. We’re looking for a Finance Analyst with a strong analytical mindset, passion for numbers, and curiosity for understanding how things work — and how they can work better. This role combines hands-on Finance execution for Brazil with regional exposure and process ownership across the Americas. **In short** You will own Finance execution for Brazil and help shape how Finance works across the Americas through process improvement, standardization, and regional initiatives. **What you will do** + **Brazil — Execution & Ownership** + Own and execute financial activities for Brazil (Facilities Management scope), including Budget, Forecast, monthly close, accruals, reclassifications, and expense analysis + Act as the primary Finance partner for the Brazil Facilities Management team + **Americas — Understanding & Process Improvement** + Develop a strong understanding of Finance processes across the Americas to support process improvement, standardization and template design + Support regional budgeting and forecasting cycles through insights and enhancements + Identify data quality gaps or inefficiencies and proactively drive improvements **Ways of Working & Impact** + Improve and standardize financial templates and processes to reduce rework and increase scalability + Document processes, methodologies, and best practices, contributing to regional playbooks + Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for Finance topics related to Facilities Management + Participate in regional initiatives and cross-country collaboration **What makes this role different** + Regional Americas exposure with direct ownership of Brazil execution + Balance between hands-on delivery and process improvement + Opportunity to shape how Finance operates, not just maintain it + Collaborative environment that values ownership, clarity and learning. **This role is great fit if you** + Enjoy owning execution and improving how things work + Like understanding end to end processes across regions + Feel comfortable being hands-on while building scalable solutions **What we are looking for** + Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Finance, Accounting, or related field + Strong analytical skills and attention to detail + Advanced Excel / Google Sheets skills (pivot tables and advanced formulas required) + Interest or exposure to Savant, Power BI, automation, data models, macros or similar tools + Ability to structure information clearly and document processes + Self driven, fast learner, comfortable in dynamic environments + Fully bilingual English / Spanish + Willingness to challenge the status quo and embrace change **Why join us** You will join a Finance team that operates close to the business, where your work has real impact.
