We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic American Export Intern to join our team. As an Export Intern in our American Export Division, you will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in various export-related functions.

Responsibilities:

Create catalogs with variable logistics, shelf life, and product images.

Support in following orders: Track customer Purchase Orders vs. forecast.

Sending reminders to the clients to receive the Purchase Orders in the first 2 weeks of the month.

Review and follow up on deductions and claims with the customer and customer service coordinator/claim analyst.

Requirements and Qualifications

Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s degree program in Business Administration or a related program.

Must live within drivable distance from Coral Gables, FL (Local candidates only)

Preferred fluency in both Spanish and English, with the ability to effectively communicate and translate between the two languages in a professional setting.

Applicants for employment in the US must have work authorization that does not now or in the future require sponsorship of a visa for employment authorization in the United States and with Mondelēz International (i.e., H1-B visa, F-1 visa (OPT), TN visa or any other non-immigrant status.

Compensation

The expected compensation weekly pay ranges for interns is $1,000-$1,300.

Compensation rates for Summer Interns is pre-determined and non-negotiable.

Salary and Benefits:

The base salary ranges for this position are shown below; the exact salary depends on several factors such as experience, skills, education, and location. In addition to base salary, this position is eligible for participation in a highly competitive bonus program with possibility for overachievement based on performance and company results.

Any other location base salary range: $60,350.16
