This role combines advanced project management and stakeholder engagement skills, with appropriate knowledge of enterprise applications, functionality and solutions to ensure the successful delivery of high-impact, high-value projects. **More about this role** A desire to drive your future and accelerate your career and the following experience and knowledge: • Experience: 15-20 years of experience in Digital and Business Transformation Program and Project management with at least 5 years in a lead role. 5-8 years project experience of delivering SAP/S4 Migration projects and/or Planning tool implementation (IBP/o9/SAC..) • Functional Skills: Proven track record of delivering project using recognized Project Management Methodologies - Waterfall, Agile, Scrum, Prince2 etc. Knowledge and experience of MDLZ TGM would be ideal. • Technical Skills: Working experience of SAP Modules (preferably SD, MM and FIN). Advanced expertise in working with Project Management Tools (MS Project, JIRA, Asana); Comprehensive understanding of SAP Activate Methodology - release management, DevOps methodology, Data Migration, Testing and Cut over Management. Familiarity with SAP RISE deployment would be good to have. **What extra ingredients you will bring:** • Leadership Skills: Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire project teams and drive successful project outcomes. Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making skills. • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Information Technology or a related field.
