We're on the lookout for a rockstar Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our dynamic ambulatory care team. You'll be the behind-the-scenes (and sometimes front-and-center) hero helping patients get the care they need — efficiently, compassionately, and with a smile.

Keep patient records sharp and up-to-date in the electronic medical record — no detail too small, no form forgotten.

Communicate like a pro with the whole care team to ensure smooth, top-notch care.

Observe, gather data, and support assessments that lead to thoughtful care plans.

Use your skills and intuition to anticipate patient and provider needs — you’re always one step ahead.

Perform pre-visit screenings and help prep patients for their visits.

Jump in to support care interventions and educate patients and families — empower them with knowledge.

Be a key player in quality improvement strategies that improve outcomes and keep standards sky-high.

Stay sharp! Maintain clinical skills, certifications, and current practice guidelines.

Treat every patient with dignity and respect in our diverse, multicultural environment.

Provide age-appropriate care with compassion, attention, and a warm, welcoming attitude.

Follow all compliance, legal, and safety standards like the pro you are.

What You Bring

Graduation from an accredited practical or vocational nursing program.

Current LPN license in the State of Missouri.

Three or more years of experience in a clinical service setting.

Proven experience providing operational leadership or guidance to other staff.

Current BCLS (Basic Cardiac Life Support) Certification.
