About the Job

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Ambassador-Coffee Man to join Jumeirah Saadiyat Island.

The main duties and responsibilities of this role include:

Offer all arriving guests to Jumeirah Saadiyat Island: Cold towels, dates, water/juice and Arabic coffee while providing information about UAE history and culture.

Initiate conversation with guests in the lobby while they are waiting.

Prepare cold and hot towels, juice, and Arabic coffee in the morning and ensure sufficient availability during the day.

Clear used cups and towels and place them in the designated storage area.

Prepare Arabic coffee from Al Majlis kitchen, following standards.

Perform any related duties assigned by management.

About You

The ideal candidate for this position will have the following experience and qualifications:

To be aware of UAE custom, history and culture.

To be fluent in Arabic.

1 year guest service experience in a 5-star Hotel.
