**About the Role:** We are seeking a highly organized and proactive **Amazon Lead Support Coordinator** to be onsite at the Amazon facility, coordinating all outbound volume. This crucial role ensures seamless movement of local feeder shipments and Carrier Management Group’s (CMG) DirectShip loads through the UPS network. 3rd shift: 10:00pm to 3:30am Monday to Friday (Part-Time) Pay: 25.90/hr Weekly Pay! **Key Responsibilities:** + Understand the Amazon load plan and Critical Pull Times (CPTs) by day of week + Ensure Amazon loads the correct packages into the correct trailers + Monitor load quality and trailer utilization to optimize operations + Communicate driver delays (both arrivals and departures) to dispatch teams + Conduct yard checks at shift start/end to confirm all loads have moved and inspect trailers for issues (e.g., holes, flat tires) + Monitor trailer pool levels for each carrier and manage equipment control + Identify volume spikes and coordinate necessary operational adjustments + Resolve conditions that may cause service failures, extended sort hours, or unplanned driver time + Complete daily entries in the Amazon On-Site Communication Template (OSCT) covering gate delays, equipment needs, and more + Oversee local feeder schedules and Feeder Tracking System (FTS) accuracy + Ensure correct carrier trailers are assigned to doors and report mismatches + Consolidate light volume loads where possible, following corporate approval guidelines + Maintain adherence to corporate load plans and communicate with UPS hubs and local operations as needed **Qualifications:** + 1.5 to 2 years warehouse/logistics experience managing daily activities for an account, department, or station + Basic proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Outlook + Strong oral and written communication skills and professional telephone etiquette + Ability to work the scheduled overnight hours (10:00 PM – 3:30 AM) + Availability from October through January of the current and following year **Additional Information:** + This position is onsite at the designated Amazon facility only—no personal vehicle travel to UPS or other locations required + Training and ongoing support provided by UPS management If this is a role that interests you and you’d like to learn more, click apply now and a recruiter will be in touch with you to discuss this great opportunity.
