Job Title: AM Shift Production Assembler

Job Description

Join our team in manufacturing medical devices, where you will play a crucial role in the assembly and production line. This position involves working collaboratively with your team to complete production orders efficiently and accurately.

Responsibilities

Work with a team to complete production orders using written English instructions.Operate at one of 13 stations, achieving full training within 2-3 months.Use small hand tools to assemble units.Maintain a fast-paced workflow to prevent bottlenecking.Work in the clean room as needed, standing throughout the shift to label products, seal packaging, and complete other tasks.

Essential Skills

Minimum of 1 year recent experience in a similar environment.Proficiency in using small basic hand tools such as crimpers, screwdrivers, and tweezers.Ability to work with small parts during assembly.Capability to stand for the entire shift.Ability to lift up to 30lbs occasionally.Basic computer skills.Good English communication skills, both verbal and reading.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

Engineering experience is a plus.Soldering experience.Experience in PCB assembly in a highly regulated work environment.Ability to read instructions for soldering, and match numbers to wires.

Our facility offers a clean environment with a diverse workforce that takes pride in building quality products. The culture is hardworking and focused, embracing all backgrounds. The dress code is casual, but cosmetics and jewelry are not permitted in the cleanroom. The AM shift runs from 7am - 3:30pm, with a team of about 60 people on the production floor.

The pay range for this position is $19.71 - $19.71/hr.
