Alzheimer’s Ecosystem Manager

The Alzheimer Ecosystem Enabler will play a pivotal role in mapping and enhancing the diagnostic and treatment ecosystem for Alzheimer's disease. This position will focus on developing a thorough understanding of the disease and of therapeutic pathways and facilitating a robust network that optimizes patient outcomes in the Alzheimer’s therapeutic area.

Key responsibilities / deliverables:

· Ecosystem Mapping and Shaping: Conduct in-depth mapping of thed disease and of the therapeutic ecosystem, identifying stakeholders, CSF testing capabilities, PET scan capacity, and referral networks.

· Pathway Enhancement: Improve diagnosis and treatment pathways, including referral pathways, in collaboration with key stakeholders to ensure efficient patient flow and care.

· Infusion Capacity Solutions: Address infusion capacity challenges by designing and implementing practical solutions with healthcare providers.

· Strategic Alliances: Form and manage alliances with relevant organizations to enhance the Alzheimer's care environment.

· Tracer Strategy Implementation: Manage tracer strategies.

· Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to prepare the ecosystem for a new Alzheimer's drug launch.

· Stakeholder Engagement:

Build relationships with key stakeholders in the field of neurology, psychiatry, nuclear medicine, neuroradiology both in public and private health care setting. Identify and engage other relevant stakeholders, like insurance companies, other specialties, hospital administrators/hospital management, pharmacies.

· Market Insight:

Stay abreast of industry trends, competitive activities, and regulatory developments that impact the therapeutic area.

Qualifications:

· Solid experience in healthcare.

· Demonstrated success in partnership development and stakeholder management.

· Minimum 5 years of experience in the field of marketing and/or key account management

· Educational Background: University degree

· Adept in strategic thinking coupled with strong business acumen, capable of crafting and implementing high-level marketing plans that align with business objectives.

· Superior analytical skills, embracing a data-driven approach for decision-making and strategic development.

· Exceptional planning and organizational skills, with an ability to foresee, plan, and manage complex projects effectively.

-Experience in the field of neuroscience is an advantage

Key account management

· Demonstrate key account management skills.

· Demonstrate ability to build strong partnership with stakeholders at various levels/roles.

· Demonstrate ability to identify customer needs and translate them into actionable insights.

· Demonstrating ability to connect people and create networks.

· Demonstrate contextual knowledge of Hungarian healthcare system.

· Quick to learn and adapt to rapidly changing environments, with a creative mindset to innovate under pressure and lead process improvements within the organization.
