Alternative Investment Solutions (AIS) Onboarding, Senior Associate

What you will be responsible for

As a member of the AIS AML/KYC Periodic Review Oversight Team, the senior associate facilitates the end-to-end completion of the KYC period review process, collaborating with customers and the relationship management team to obtain all necessary supporting documentation to fulfill KYC due diligence requirements. This role has overall responsibility for leading customer (i.e., fund/entity) reviews through the overall review process which ensures KYC compliance through regularly re-evaluating existing client profiles, assessing risk, verifying data (ownership, control, activity), and performing Enhanced Due Diligence (EDD) for higher-risk customers, acting as a crucial safeguard against financial crime like money laundering by keeping client information accurate and up to date with regulations. The Senior Associate will hold accountability for the completion of the AML/KYC tasks related to periodic review policies and procedures in accordance with established deadlines. They will liaise with internal sub-service organizations (i.e., Global AML Center, CaRRS, Relationship Management, etc.) and serve as a subject matter expert. Responsible for satisfying business needs, identifying key issues with processes, and taking a broad perspective to problem resolution.

Education & Preferred Qualifications

Equivalent to a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Client Service or related fieldKnowledge of AML/KYC policies a plus and/or 1-3 years financial services experienceExcellent interpersonal, organizational and communication skillsAbility to develop relationships within and outside of the organizationStrong problem resolution and analytical skillsOrganized, highly motivated, and detail orientedMeet all requirements for performance planning process including goal setting and self-evaluationsParticipate in required and optional training

Salary Range:

$52,000 - $94,120 Annual

The range quoted above applies to the role in the primary location specified. If the candidate would ultimately work outside of the primary location above, the applicable range could differ.
