Our client, a leader in the healthcare industry, is seeking an Alternate-Customer Service Representative to join their team. As an Alternate-Customer Service Representative, you will be part of the customer service department supporting patient care initiatives. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, empathy, and the ability to multitask, which will align successfully in the organization.
**Job Title:** Alternate-Customer Service Representative
**Location:** Onsite Irving, TX, USA 75063
**Pay Range:** $19.00/hr
**Shift:** M-F 8am-7pm CST
**What's the Job?**
+ Answer incoming phone calls and provide necessary information to patients.
+ Contact patients to gather essential information for the coordination of prescription shipments.
+ Accurately schedule medication deliveries and maintain patient records.
+ Ensure compliance with all applicable government regulations, including HIPAA.
+ Handle private patient health information with confidentiality and care.
**What's Needed?**
+ Minimum of 2 years of customer service experience.
+ Typing speed of no less than 20 words per minute.
+ Strong telephone skills and the ability to communicate effectively.
+ Empathetic and capable of multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
+ Healthcare experience is preferred but not required.
