Nombre de Puesto: Almacenista Plataforma de Negocio: Climate Technologies Unidad de Negocio: Comfort Control WR Locación: Juarez, Mexico Reporta a: Coordinador y Supervisor de Almacén Departamento: Almacén Descripción genérica del puesto: · Bajo supervisión directa y constante mantiene un adecuado abastecimiento de materiales a líneas de producción, esto de acuerdo a el sistema de Kamban ó programas de producción. · Así mismo realiza descargas de captura en el sistema de JD Edwards y Sistema Ultriva según sea el caso de los materiales ó componentes surtidos a producción. · Puede operar montacargas, gato hidráulico y carros de surtidos según se requiera con el objeto de almacenar los materiales ó componentes en racks y en localizaciones especificas del área de almacén ó cuando realice los surtidos de material a el área de producción, ya sea utilizando sobre tarimas especiales para transportación ó cajas sueltas. · Retroalimentar discrepancias ó deterioro de materiales a su jefe inmediato. Responsabilidades: Mantener un adecuado abastecimiento de materiales a tiempo a línea(s) de producción a través de sistema kamban ó programas de Producción. Mantener una exactitud de inventario a un 98% Mantener 5’S + 1 al 100% Trabajo con Seguridad Requerimientos básicos: · Mantener una veracidad de inventario dentro y fuera del almacén que evita cualquier posibilidad de un paro de línea y a su vez mantenga confiabilidad a las áreas de producción.
