Be the single point of contact for your customer portfolioManage escalations for complaints and disputes, and handle and resolve issues to ensure maximum customer satisfactionHelp achieve business and commercial objectives by achieving customer service targets, supporting the improvement agenda (internal process and external customer) and developing collaborative relationships cross-functionally and with customersWork with the order fulfilment team to report on KPIs, including root-cause analysis and improvement initiativesUse customer data to monitor on-shelf availability, depot-to-store service, stock holding and promotional sales. Use this information to drive decision making internally and with the customer in ways that maximize service levels and sales

More about this role:

As the Allocation Analyst, your primary responsibility is the deployment of orders in accordance to inventory availability and the Allocation plan. You will use internal customer data and liaise with all planning departments, ensuring customer’s needs and product availability are met in both quantity and timing. You will work closely with key departments including EM, Sales Strategy, Demand Planning, Customer Teams and Product supply to maintain the Allocation plan and managing communication to these teams.

Be the single point of contact for your category portfolio to achieve both Volume and Cost TargetsUsing analytics and a critical lens, the Allocation Analyst needs to be in constant contact with multiple stakeholders to ensure all potential issues are addressed and decisions made in a time-sensitive mannerManage escalations to resolve supply gaps, maximizing customer service and delivery to planHelp achieve end-to-end business objectives by supporting internal KPIs related to (and not limited to) SFA, Fill-Rate and WasteCreate ad-hoc reports and attend cross-functional meetings as needed

What extra ingredients you will bring:

3-5 years of Supply Chain Experience in a FMCG or CPG company with understanding of end-to-end process adoptionStrong Attention to Detail and Ability to proactively trouble-shoot errorsExpert knowledge of Excel and creating ad-hoc reportingIndependent worker, comfortable taking action without authorityTeam player who is accountable for results, proactive thinking and flexibilityEffective communication, across multiple departments and levels within the Organization, both verbally and in-writingWorking knowledge of SAP/ S4.

Education / Certifications:

Bachelor’s Degree; Or related work experience demonstrated
