LaSante Health Center is seeking a Part-time Allergist to provide outpatient allergy and immunology care in a federally qualified health center (FQHC) setting one day/week. This role focuses on evaluating and managing allergic conditions while collaborating with primary care teams to ensure coordinated patient care. Responsibilities: + Evaluate, diagnose, and treat allergic and immunologic conditions + Perform and interpret allergy testing as appropriate + Develop treatment plans and provide patient education + Collaborate with primary care providers for coordinated care + Document visits in the electronic health record (EHR) Qualifications: + MD or DO with board certification or eligibility in Allergy & Immunology + Current New York State medical license (or eligibility) + Outpatient experience preferred
