**The opportunity**
Delaware North Sportservice is searching for a part-time Alcohol Compliance Supervisor to join our team at MetLife Stadium in East Rutherford, New Jersey.
As an Alcohol Compliance Supervisor, you will be responsible for ensuring a safe, secure, and compliant environment for guests, associates, and company assets at MetLife Stadium in East Rutherford, NJ.
This role combines oversight of alcohol service compliance, retail security functions, and general safety and supervision throughout the facility as pertains to Delaware North.
This supervisor ensures adherence to state, federal, and local regulations, enforces company policies, and supports daily operations with a strong focus on compliance, risk mitigation, and guest safety.
**Pay**
$26.50 - $26.50 / hour

**What will you do?**
• Supervises the serving of alcohol by employees.
• Enforce and ensure adherence to all State, unit and company alcohol service policies and procedures.
• Assist employees with event day information and alcohol related issues if necessary.
• Ensure employees serving alcohol are adhering to the alcohol service policy, ensuring responsible alcohol service.
• Observe and document any alcohol-related issues to include proactive observations.
• Alert management regarding any violations of the alcohol policy.
• Conduct random identification checks of guests as directed.
• Answer questions and make recommendations regarding alcohol service.
• Ensure all associates serving alcohol have signed an acknowledgment of the alcohol policy and have a valid serving permit prior to the beginning of work.
• Conduct event day audits and submit detailed reports at the end of shift.
• Assist with alcohol cut-off/shut down.
• Enforce all departmental and organizational policies and procedures and report incidents.
• Assists with fires, storms, floods, blizzards, evacuations, relocations, and other emergencies as directed.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
• Crowd control
• Responsible for the protection and safety of company assets and associates within designated Delaware North retail sales areas.
• Enforce all departmental and organizational policies and procedures and report incidents.
• Observe and report procedural violations and illegal activity.
• Assists with fires, storms, floods, blizzards, evacuations, relocations and other emergencies as directed.
• Staff bag checks.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
• Must be able to work 80% of both NFL and Non-NFL events.
**More about you**
+ Must be at least 21 years old.
+ Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or Law enforcement, Corrections Officer experience preferred.
+ Good communication and guest service skills; ability to effectively communicate with guests and retain and communicate service information.
+ Ability to work in a fast-paced and high-pressured environment.
+ Ability to provide feedback and coaching to associates with varied experience levels.
+ High attention to detail and ability to multi-task.
+ Basic math skills: ability to accurately count inventory.
+ Available to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
**Physical requirements**
+ Ability to stand and walk for the entire length of the shift, including walking up and downstairs, and lifting as the work duties demand
+ May be exposed to variable temperatures, including extreme heat and cold, depending on the season
