Responsibilities:

Keep the pulse of customer satisfactionRespond to customer’s inquiries in a timely mannerWork with internal LFS stakeholders to create an exceptional customer service experienceManage account/customer expectationsWork with internal and external customers on Corrective and Preventative ActionsBuild and maintain rapport with customers to fulfill their requirementsManage appointed accounts and respond to inquiries in a timely mannerCoordinate sea/air freight shipments and transport arrangementBook service with co-loaders for import/export and trans-shipmentPrepare billingsImport/export permit declarations and customs clearanceLiaise and source for the cargo space with different airlines to plan the flights to destinationProcessing of Air & Sea – Import / Export documentations (Full-cycle) Billings / Invoicing.Assist with cross departmental projects when necessaryLight office maintenanceGeneral operational administrative duties including data entry, filling, and scanning.Perform other required duties, as assigned by direct superiors.

Requirements:

Previous experience in Freight Forwarding operations, in a similar role with Import/Export experience an advantageMust possess at least ‘O’ level, professional certificate/NiTEC/Diploma or Advanced/Higher/graduate Diploma in any fieldPossess of valid Class 3 driving license, DG certified and Cargowise will be an added advantageExcellent written / verbal EnglishProficient with MS office applications
