Airframe Mechanic

We cater to both domestic and foreign customers across aviation, ground, missile, and maritime sectors. **Job Description** : As an Airframe Sheet Metal Mechanic, you'll be at the forefront of aircraft maintenance, performing installations of sheet metal and structural components with precision and expertise. **Essential Functions:** + Collaborate with Crew Leads and Technicians. + Install sheet metal and structures based on instructions and drawings. + Conduct regular Foreign Object Damage (FOD) walks. + Perform continuity and power checks. + Operate Ground Support Equipment (Power Cart, Tug, Forklift, etc.). + Remove, inspect, repair, and reinstall aircraft parts/systems. **Aircraft Type:** + V-22 **Shift** : + 1st shift **Pay Rates:** + SCA Pay Rate: $40.08 + Health and Wellness: $4.93 + Total Pay Rate: $45.01 **Contract Details:** + Contract to hire, typically transitioning to direct hire around 6 months, depending on attitude and performance. **Top Skills Required:** + V-22 experience **Additional Skills & Qualifications:Required:** + 7+ years of continuous structures/sheet metal experience in an aircraft mechanical specialty on any fixed-wing or rotary aircraft. + 1+ years of CV or V-22 experience or recent (within the past three years) experience on the CV or V-22 or CMV-22. + Extensive knowledge of technical publications, bulletins, diagrams, ground support equipment, and precision tools in accordance with the Interactive Electronic Technical Manual (IETM). + Active secret clearance. **Desired:** + Seven years of continuous aircraft maintenance experience in an Aircraft Mechanical specialty on any fixed-wing or rotary aircraft. + One year of CV-22 experience. + Prior APU and Blade Fold Wing Stow qualification. + Aircraft Tow qualified. + Refuel/Defuel qualified. + Experience with tugs, forklifts, and cranes.
