**Job Title: Aircraft Mechanic -** **Job Description** Join our team as an Aircraft Mechanic, where you will play a crucial role in supporting the maintenance and repair for a flight test program. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic environment, ensuring the highest standards of safety and functionality. **Responsibilities** + Perform aircraft maintenance and repairs + Conduct powerplant and airframe maintenance in line maintenance and heavy maintenance settings. + Utilize troubleshooting skills to diagnose and resolve aircraft issues efficiently. + Support flight test environments with required maintenance tasks. + Adapt to changing work requirements and schedules, including rotating shifts and on-call weekends. **Essential Skills** + A&P license + Experience with powerplant and airframe maintenance + Strong troubleshooting abilities + Comfortable working in high-pressure, client-facing environments **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Open and flexible schedule adaptability + Experience in flight line and test environments + Military candidates are encouraged to apply **Why Work Here?** Enjoy a long-term, multi-year contract position in a climate-controlled environment.
