Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Aircraft Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will perform line maintenance, troubleshoot systems, and conduct routine inspections on various aircraft, ensuring they are maintained according to approved technical data. This role requires a strong focus on safety, efficiency, and meeting performance goals.
Responsibilities
Perform line maintenance (on-call and scheduled) on various customers' aircraft.Troubleshoot systems; disassemble, repair, and reassemble sections and components to maintain full functionality.Conduct routine maintenance and airworthiness releases, returning aircraft to service.Service, inspect, and maintain aircraft, engines, and associated components effectively to meet deadlines and performance goals.Essential Skills
Proficiency in aircraft maintenance, airframe, and aircraft assembly.Experience with line maintenance and familiarity with Airbus and Boeing aircraft.Specific experience required with Airbus A320.Wide Body or Narrow Body Regional - Passenger aircraft experience.Additional Skills & Qualifications
A&P LicenseMust have a valid driver’s license.Previous experience as an aircraft technician with Airbus is essential.Why Work Here?
This position offers long-term opportunities with a set shift rotation, including weekends. The role provides a structured work schedule, allowing for work-life balance.
Work Environment
You will work on the flight line at the Atlanta Hartsfield Airport. The position requires SIDA badging access. Shifts include a 4-day work schedule with 3 days off, featuring day shifts from 6 am to 4 pm, mid shifts from 11 am/12 pm/1 pm for 10 hours, and night shifts starting at 6 am for 10 hours.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $31.00 - $38.00/hr.
