**Position Overview**
We are seeking a skilled Aircraft Technician to perform routine and line maintenance on commercial aircraft, ensuring compliance with FAA regulations and manufacturer specifications. This role involves inspecting, servicing, and maintaining aircraft systems and components to ensure safe and timely return to service. The ideal candidate will demonstrate technical expertise, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
**Key Responsibilities**
+ Perform line maintenance and routine inspections on aircraft.
+ Conduct airworthiness releases within the scope of authorization.
+ Service, inspect, and maintain aircraft engines and associated systems.
+ Troubleshoot and repair aircraft systems and structural components.
+ Ensure all aircraft meet safety standards as outlined by FARs and OEM manuals.
+ Accurately document all maintenance activities and repairs.
+ Communicate effectively with the air carrier’s maintenance control center.
+ Meet operational deadlines and performance benchmarks.
**Required Qualifications**
+ Valid FAA Airframe & Powerplant (A&P) License.
+ Proven experience in line maintenance on Boeing 737, 757, or 767 aircraft.
+ Authorization to sign off on Airworthiness Releases for 737, 757, or 767.
+ 8–12 months of hands-on line maintenance experience preferred.
**Preferred Skills & Training**
+ Formal training or coursework on Boeing 737, 757, and 767 platforms.
+ Strong working knowledge of aircraft maintenance procedures and standards.
+ Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
+ Excellent troubleshooting and diagnostic skills.
**Work Environment & Schedule**
This position involves outdoor line maintenance work, primarily performed independently. Candidates must be self-motivated and capable of working overnight shifts. The schedule consists of four consecutive workdays followed by three days off, including one weekend day. Shifts begin at 6:30 PM and typically last 8–10 hours. Flexibility for overtime is required.

**Pay and Benefits**
The pay range for this position is $38.00 - $40.00/hr.
