Aircraft Technician
**Rotary Mechanic Opportunity in Dallas, TX! 6+ years rotary experience required!** **Job Description** As an Aircraft Technician, you will be responsible for performing detailed inspections, assembly, installation, repair, replacement, adjustment, and alignment of aircraft parts and components. You will conduct operational checks to ensure the proper functioning of complete systems. Your role involves troubleshooting to diagnose malfunctions or failures on various aircraft systems including aircraft equipment furnishings, fire protection, fuel system, hydraulics, landing gear, doors, fuselage, stabilizer, rotor systems, power plant, and engine controls. Additionally, you will assure compliance with FAA regulations, customer requirements, and company specifications while following OSHA, safety, and environmental regulations. **Responsibilities** + Perform detailed inspections, assembly, installation, repair, replacement, adjustment, and alignment of parts and components. + Conduct operational checks of complete systems to verify proper functioning. + Troubleshoot to diagnose malfunctions or failures on various aircraft systems. + Ensure completed work complies with FAA regulations, customer requirements, and company specifications. + Follow OSHA, safety, and environmental regulations. + Complete forms and records related to assigned work. + Participate in flight tests and log work to be performed. + Interface with customers for delivery and prepare for delivery inspection. **Essential Skills** + Must have A&P License or 18 months of experience or repairman's certification. + 6+ years performing aircraft maintenance. + Experience preferred in UH-72, EC-145, BK-117, UH-60, Part 121, Part 145, rotor wing. + Strongly prefers MRO experience. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Experience with UH-72, EC-145, EC-135, AS350, or BK-117. + Consideration for fixed wing platforms with A&P License. + Preferred experience with Airbus airframes. + Experience with Safran Turbomeca engines. + Experience with Pratt and Whitney engines. **Why Work Here** This temporary role offers a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, and vision coverage, critical illness, accident, and hospital insurance, and a 401(k) retirement plan with pre-tax and post-tax contributions.
