Job Description

We are seeking a Sheetmetal Mechanic to join our team, specializing in repair and installation tasks within a Part 145 Repair Station, primarily focused on corporate aircrafts.

ResponsibilitiesPerform repair and installation tasks on corporate aircrafts in a Part 145 Repair Station.Ensure high-quality maintenance of aircraft structures as a structures mechanic.Adhere to industry standards and safety regulations during all operations.Participate in daily meetings and efficiently move between assigned tasks.Essential SkillsExperience with aircraft sheet metal and structures.Possession of at least an A license; A&P license preferred.Proficient in working within a Part 145 Maintenance, Repair, and Overhaul (MRO) environment.Additional Skills & QualificationsExperience with Cirrus and jet maintenance is preferred.Valid driver's license and ability to obtain airport SIDA.High school diploma or equivalent.Must provide own tools.Why Work Here?

Work Environment

Work in a Part 145 hangar environment with a structured daily schedule. Begin each day with an 8 AM all-hands meeting, receive inspection documents, and move between tasks. Enjoy a 30-minute lunch break and two 15-minute breaks at 10 AM and 2 PM. The work is project-driven, and you will be part of a team consisting of 14 employees.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Manassas, Virginia.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $40.00/hr.
