Job Title: Aircraft Paint Supervisor needed in Melbourne Florida

Job Description

We are seeking an Aircraft Paint Supervisor who will manage the day-to-day shift duties aligned with the production schedule and customer demands. This role involves controlling resources required to complete all jobs, including turnover or rework, and ensuring increased efficiency and performance in all business areas under your control

Responsibilities

Ensure the steady progression of resources towards achieving increased efficiency and performance.Control the work schedule to achieve On Time Delivery targets with proven On-Time Quality records.Establish a secure relationship with customers during aircraft inputs to enhance customer confidence.Monitor and control schedules, executing corrective actions as necessary.Manage workforce distribution and workload across departments to match capacity with production demands.Ensure personnel and materials are in place to meet daily production demands.Supervise and check the use of materials and consumables per working party.Direct and oversee all production personnel.Supervise training programs and manage skills development.Implement and uphold core company values among personnel.Ensure safety and disciplinary rules are followed and environmental respect is maintained.Report regularly to the Production Manager on operations and any issues encountered.

Essential Skills

5+ years of VIP/business jet experience at a supervisory level or higher.Strong experience with Microsoft Office, particularly MS Project.Ability to interact and communicate effectively with all company levels and customers.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $81000.00 - $85280.00/yr.
