**Aircraft Operations Manager - Service Center** **Job Description** We are seeking a qualified Operations Manager for a permanent position in Portland. This role offers a stable career in aviation, focusing on managing the service center for corporate aircraft, including scheduled maintenance and service bulletins for models such as Falcon, Beechcraft, and Citations. **Responsibilities** + Manage the service center maintenance operations, balancing time between the floor and the office. + Supervise and oversee maintenance work without direct involvement in wrenching. + Coordinate team schedules and update the General Manager and Vice President of maintenance. + Oversee the service center shop, consisting of 17 mechanics across three shifts. + Utilize knowledge of corporate aircraft maintenance practices and shop structure. **Essential Skills** + A&P License + 1+ years of Lead A&P Mechanic experience in a corporate Service Center environment + Eligibility for FAA safety-sensitive hire **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Supervisor or Manager experience in a corporate service center **Why Work Here?** Join a growing company that offers excellent compensation and benefits, alongside long-term stability.
