Job Description
Join a leading aviation Maintenance, Repair, and Overhaul (MRO) facility as an Aircraft Mechanic, where you will service, repair, troubleshoot, and overhaul aircraft and aircraft engines to ensure airworthiness. You will be part of a skilled team responsible for maintaining aircraft structures and systems in compliance with FAA standards.
ResponsibilitiesRepair, replace, and rebuild aircraft structures, systems, and functional components.Assemble and install electrical, plumbing, mechanical, hydraulic, and structural components using hand tools and power tools.Adjust, align, and calibrate aircraft systems using hand tools, gauges, test equipment, machines, and equipment such as shears, sheet metal brakes, welding equipment, rivet guns, and drills.Research and understand FAA technical data relevant to assigned tasks.Ensure complete and proper documentation of work performed.Perform all work assigned in accordance with approved FAA data.Ensure that all maintenance performed is in an airworthy condition.Essential Skills5 years or more experience in commercial or cargo aircraft maintenance.High School diploma or G.E.D. certificate.Flexibility to work any shift.Successful completion of a comprehensive check and DOT-regulated pre-employment drug test.Additional Skills & QualificationsA&P License preferred.Experience with large commercial aircraft is preferred, but corporate, general, or military aircraft experience will be considered.Attention to detail and ability to multi-task.Proficiency in documenting maintenance performed on required forms.Strong verbal and written communication skills.Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality with the work product.Why Work Here?

Work Environment
You must be available to work any shift or schedule, including Sun-Thurs or Tues-Sat. Shifts include 7am-4pm and 3:30pm-12am, with the latter offering an additional $0.50/hour differential. The position may include overtime opportunities but is not guaranteed. This is a direct placement role requiring compliance with FAA regulations, including drug testing and a background check.

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $62400.00 - $83200.00/yr.
