Vi søker en engasjert medarbeider til vårt dedikerte fly- og lasteteam på Gardermoen lufthavn. Stillingen kombinerer administrative oppgaver med praktisk arbeid på rampen, og gir deg en unik mulighet til å være tett på fly- og lasteoperasjoner i et internasjonalt miljø.

Du vil bidra både på kontoret og ute på rampen – fra rapportering og dataregistrering til planlegging, tilsyn og deltakelse i lasting og lossing av våre UPSCO-fly. Arbeidet skjer i samarbeid med våre lokale partnere og ved bruk av moderne teknologi.

Ansvarsområder:

Planlegge, delta i og overvåke lasting/lossing av fly og last

Sikre at alle operasjoner følger gjeldende sikkerhetskrav og regelverk, både lokalt og internasjonalt

Utarbeide og koordinere informasjon og rapporter for intern og ekstern bruk
 

Kvalifikasjoner:

Tidligere erfaring med fly- og lasteoperasjoner er en fordel, men ikke et krav

Førerkort kl. B og norsk bostedsadresse

Tilgang på egen bil er en fordel

Gode ferdigheter i norsk og engelsk

Sterke kommunikasjonsferdigheter, både skriftlig og muntlig

Evne til problemløsning og god tidsstyring

Arbeidskunnskap i Microsoft Word, Excel, Access og Outlook

Presis og effektiv dataregistrering

Bakgrunn må godkjennes av Luftfartstilsynet før tiltredelse. Det innebærer dokumentert arbeidshistorikk for de siste fem årene, arbeidsattester, minimum to referanser samt plettfri politiattest.

Arbeidstid: 27,5 timer per uke
Mandag – fredag: kl. 05:00 – 10:00 eller kl. 16:30 – 21:30
Skiftplan med vanlige arbeidstider enten på dagtid eller kveldstid etter behov. Arbeidstider kan variere ved eventuelle flyforsinkelser.
 

We are looking for an engaged employee to join our dedicated air and cargo team at Gardermoen Airport. The position combines administrative tasks with hands-on work on the ramp, offering a unique opportunity to be closely involved in aircraft and cargo operations in an international environment.

You will contribute both in the office and on the ramp – from reporting and data entry to planning, supervision, and participation in the loading and unloading of our UPSCO aircraft. The work is carried out in collaboration with our local partners and with the use of modern technology.

Responsibilities:

Plan, participate in, and supervise aircraft and cargo loading/unloading activities

Ensure that all operations comply with applicable safety requirements and regulations, both local and international

Prepare and coordinate information and reports for internal and external use
 

Qualifications:

Previous experience in aircraft and cargo operations is an advantage, but not a requirement

Valid driver’s license (Category B) and Norwegian residence

Access to a personal car is an advantage

Good skills in both Norwegian and English

Strong communication skills, both written and verbal

Problem-solving ability and good time management skills

Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Access, and Outlook

Accurate and efficient data entry skills

Background must be approved by the Civil Aviation Authority before employment. This requires documented work history for the past five years, employment references, a minimum of two referees, and a clean police record.

Location: Gardermoen Airport

Working hours: 27.5 hours per week

Monday – Friday: 05:00 – 10:00 or 16:30 – 21:30
Shift schedule with regular working hours either daytime or evening as needed. Hours may vary in case of flight delays.
