Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Aircraft Electrician for the F-35 Aircraft Maintenance Program at Lemoore, CA.
This role involves performing depot-level modifications at Department of Navy locations, focusing on the layout, fabrication, and installation of electrical wiring and coaxial cables in aircraft. The position requires testing and troubleshooting electrical systems to ensure compliance with specifications.Responsibilities
Cut, strip, and insulate wires; attach wiring and electrical systems to fixtures and accessories using bolts, screws, or solder.Repair, remove, and reinstall wiring as needed, and monitor quality in accordance with control procedures.Isolate faults, troubleshoot, and repair system failures found during operational checks, especially after modifications and maintenance to restore aircraft to flying condition.Use aircraft ground support equipment to perform maintenance tasks.Apply comprehensive technical expertise to solve moderate to complex problems.Interpret and use test equipment, wiring diagrams, engineering drawings, job guides, and maintenance manuals.Read and interpret engineering documentation, technical manuals, and repair manuals, including understanding symbols, flags, and notes.Essential Skills
High School Diploma/GED 4 years of work experience as an Aircraft Electrician/Avionics TechI.Proficient in reading and interpreting schematics, assembly drawings, process specifications, technical manuals, written instructions, and test procedures.Active Secret Clearance or higher (US Citizenship required).Ability to obtain and maintain Special Access Program (SAP) clearance within a reasonable period of time, as determined by the company.Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform repetitive movements, work overhead, use hands to grasp, handle, and/or feel, reach.Ability to stand, walk, stoop, kneel, squat, crawl, and twist frequently.Why Work Here?

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $35.46 - $43.69/hr.
