Job Description:

This position deals with weight and balance calculations, positioning of containers on aircraft and predictions to gateways with information about inbound aircraft. He/She enters data, generates reports, and performs other general office duties as requested.

Responsibilities:
 

Perform various audits, monitor work queues, dispatch, report incidents.Submit purchase orders.Produce department reports.Coordinate TSG supported training events, schedule meetings.Create, updating and maintaining various Excel spreadsheets, PowerPoint presentations and department documentation as well as performing other miscellaneous tasks.

Qualifications:
 

High school diploma, GED, or International equivalent

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Multi-tasking abilities

Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Access, and Outlook

Job Type: PT Permanent/Hourly- Must be able to work a minimum of 25 hours per week.Starting Pay: $17.85Job Location: 5960 FERGUSON RD RICHMOND, BC V7B 1M6Workdays: Monday – Fridays (5 pm - 10 pm)Flexibility is required as you may need to start earlier or stay later at times
