職務目的（Job Purpose） + 損害保険ビジネスにおいて、アンダーライティング（保険引受業務）は中核かつ不可欠なものであり、アンダーライティング部門が行う意思決定は、保険会社の損益に直接影響します。 + 延長保証保険のビジネスはAIGがグローバルで強みをもつ分野であり、今後の日本市場でのさらなる成長に向けて、アンダーライティング部門は延長保証保険の制度設計、販売促進、代理店教育、収支管理などへの貢献が期待されます。 職責（Job Responsibilities） + 延長保証のアンダーライティング部門のマネージャーとして、関連部門との連携の元、延長保証制度設計において、制度構築、引受判断、保険料設定等をリードして頂き、Head of Extended Warrantyへのレポートを行います。また、案件によってはGlobalのExtended Warrantyチームとの連携も必要となります。 + ブローカー、代理店等と協力しての販売促進をリードして頂きます。また、複雑な案件の場合は、顧客企業への直接的な説明を行う場合もあります。 + 通常の商品管理業務（約款解釈の照会対応、募集文書チェック）およびプロジェクトとしての商品開発業務（約款改定、料率改定等）も職責の一つとなります。 主要な関係先（Key Relationships） 　 内部関係先 (AIG組織内) + AIG Globalの延長保証保険ライン（海外） + その他の商品ライン（主に国内） + 営業部門 + 損害サービス部門 + AIGグループにおける保証ビジネス管理会社 　 外部関係先 (AIG組織外) + ディストリビューション・パートナー（代理店／ブローカーなど） 必要とされるスキル・経験（Required Skills and Experiences） 　 最終学歴 + 学士号または同等の学位 　 スキル/能力 + 論理的思考力 + 調整能力およびコミュニケーション力 + 正確な日本語を読み書きできる能力 + 英語での業務に抵抗がない程度の語学力 　 業務経験 　＜必須＞ + 損害保険業界における豊富な業務経験（５年以上あると望ましい） + 新しいチャレンジと仕組みを作りに積極的に取り組める方 + 困難に直面しても粘り強く前向きに解決策を考えることができる方 　＜あれば尚可＞ + 損害保険会社の商品業務部門における実務経験 + 損害保険の商品開発実務経験 At AIG, we value in-person collaboration as a vital part of our culture, which is why we ask our team members to be primarily in the office.
