職務目的（Job Purpose） + 損害保険ビジネスにおいて、アンダーライティング（保険引受業務）は中核かつ不可欠なものであり、アンダーライティング部門は取引信用保険に関して損益までを含めた責任を負っています。 + 取引信用保険のビジネスは、AIGがグローバルに展開していることを生かした分野です。アンダーライター（保険引受担当者）は取引信用保険の販売促進、代理店教育、個別案件の引受審査や保険設計、収支管理などへの貢献が期待されます。 職責（Job Responsibilities） + アンダーライターは、信用保険部のアンダーライターとして関連部門と連携のもと、個別案件の保険設計（引受審査を行い、引受可否や保険条件を判断すること）を行います。また、複雑な案件においてはシニアアンダーライターのサポートを行うこともあります。【 具体的な業務内容】：お客さまのご要望を踏まえた案件ごとの保険設計（バイヤーの与信判断、保険の条件設定の判断または案作成（支払限度額、免責金額、縮小割合等）、保険料計算ソフトを使用した保険料計算、見積書作成）、弊社営業部門や代理店への見積書の提示や説明、見積内容の調整依頼への対応。案件成約後のメンテナンス（保険期間中の追加バイヤーの審査、契約更改）。 + 弊社営業部門、ブローカー、代理店等と協力しての販売促進や顧客に直接商品説明や折衝を行うことがあります。【具体的な業務内容】：弊社営業部門および代理店を対象にした商品勉強会でのプレゼンテーション、弊社営業部門および代理店からの商品に対する問い合わせに関する対応、代理店とのミーティングを通じた取引信用保険のマーケットの動きに関する情報の収集。 + 保険引受業務だけでなく、マーケット分析、商品開発、AIG Globalとの連携も責任の一つとなります。【具体的な業務内容】：商品所管部としての業務（認可関連の対応、募集文書の作成等）、他の国のAIGの取引信用保険タワーから提供される情報（例えば、国や経済の情勢に関する情報、他の地域のマーケット情報等）を理解し、引受業務に役立てること。】 主要な関係先（Key Relationships） 　内部関係先 (AIG組織内） + AIG Globalの取引信用保険ライン（海外） + その他の商品ライン（主に国内） + 営業部門 + 損害サービス部門 + 商品認可届出管理部門 　 外部関係先 (AIG組織外)　 + ディストリビューション・パートナー（代理店／ブローカーなど） 必要とされるスキル・経験（Required Skills and Experiences） 　 最終学歴 + 学士号または同等の学位 　 スキル/知識/能力/資格 　【免許】必須ではありませんが、簿記や会計などの知識や資格があれば尚可 　 　【スキル】コミュニケーション力、調整能力 　【性格/気質】国内外の企業の業績や海外の国のリスクに関する時事ニュースに興味がある方。 　　　　　　　社内外の関係者とビジネス上の信頼関係を構築することを志向する方。 　 業務経験 　＜必須＞ + 企業での勤務経験。 + 正しい日本語を読み書きできる能力 + 社内の英語のコミュニケーションに抵抗がない程度の英語力 　＜あれば尚可＞ + 銀行、証券会社、リース会社、ファクタリング会社等の金融機関や損害保険会社での企業を対象とした折衝・営業の経験 At AIG, we value in-person collaboration as a vital part of our culture, which is why we ask our team members to be primarily in the office.
