職務目的（Job Purpose）
日本会計基準および米国会計基準の決算業務統括、経済価値ベースの保険負債評価
保険負債業務の推進と専門的サポート
内部統制の強化と業務改善
チームマネジメントと人材育成
職責（Job Responsibilities）
四半期・年次決算業務の統括：日本会計基準と米国会計基準に基づく決算業務全般を管理し、監査法人との対応に従事する。また、当局報告や財務開示資料作成における経理面からのサポートを行う。
経済価値ベースの保険負債評価：ERMと協調しつつ、ESR計測業務（経済価値に基づくassumption設定や経済価値ベースの保険負債計算）に従事する。
保険会計業務の推進：IBNR備金や責任準備金計算など、保険負債評価においてアクチュアリー知見を活かした専門性の高い経理業務を実施する。
内部統制の強化：決算業務における効率化と正確性向上のためのプロセス改善を図るとともに、内部統制システムを遵守する。また保険業法・保険監督指針等の法令・規制の動向を把握し、引き続き、法令遵守が維持されるように努める。
他部門との連携：損害率トレンドに関して、プライシング・アクチュアリーや商品部門、損害査定部門と定期的な意見交換を実施するとともに、料率改定の変更の有無について確認する。
関連部門・シニアマネジメントへの報告：保険負債に関する主要事項に関する報告資料を作成するとともに、経営層へ分析結果を定期的に報告し、有益な情報を発信するように努める。
チームマネジメント：保険負債数理部メンバーの日常業務の指示、進捗管理および品質管理を行い、チーム内の知識共有、スキルアップのための研修を実施する。
