職務目的(Job Purpose)
・企業財物保険部が所管する保険商品に関わる企画全般及び営業へのサポート。
具体的には、マーケット分析、新しい補償やサービスの立案、販売手法の構築、保険商品の募集ツールの作成など。
職責(Job Responsibilities)
・年度予算の達成に向けて、各関連部署と連携し、販売戦略を策定し実行する。
・火災、台風、水災、地震等の災害に被災した企業の事業復旧・継続をサポートすることができる、社会的意義の高い職責を担うことができる。
・具体的には、社内外からの情報収集、各種データの分析、保険商品、補償内容の企画、新サービスの開発、販売手法の構築、プロデューサーが販売するための募集ツールの作成、営業店やプロデューサーに向けた各種研修の実施などを行う。
・チームメンバーと連携し、柔軟な発想で様々な新しい補償や販売手法を考えることができる。

+ ビジネスレベル英語(望ましい)
+ 自発的・積極的でマーケット・顧客志向のある方
業務経験( 歓迎要件)
+ 最低3年以上の社会人経験
+ 保険業界で、営業部門、研修部門、商品部門、損害サービス部門での業務経験が望ましい(企業財物ラインの経験があれば尚可)
+ 全国転勤可であれば尚可
想定年収
+ 512~530万円程度
