Job Description • 7+ years of experience in program/project execution roles. • Hands-on experience with AI tools (Copilot, Jira automation, intelligent workflow/platform tools). • Strong working knowledge of Agile, SDLC, PI Planning, and Sephora Tech governance processes (CER/PER, RAG reporting). • High attention to detail and a bias for action—comfortable owning deliverables directly. • Tool fluency: Jira, Confluence, Workfront, M365, PowerPoint, Excel, and workflow tools.
