Our client, a leading financial services organization, is seeking an AI Strategy Innovation Program Manager – AI Innovation (Investment Banking Division) to join their team. As an AI Strategy Innovation Program Manager – AI Innovation (Investment Banking Division), you will be part of the AI Innovation Group supporting the Investment Banking Division. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership, innovative thinking, and excellent collaboration skills which will align successfully in the organization.
**Job Title:** AI Strategy Innovation Program Manager – AI Innovation (Investment Banking Division)
**Location:** New York, NY
**Pay Range:** $73
**What's the Job?**
+ Lead and manage AI-focused projects, including Generative AI, Moody’s integration, chatbots, document scanning tools, deal terms analysis, and CRM data strategy.
+ Oversee project timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder communications, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
+ Work closely with data scientists, engineers, investment banking teams, and external vendors to drive AI adoption.
+ Define and implement project roadmaps, identifying risks, dependencies, and mitigation strategies.
+ Facilitate AI model deployment, ensuring compliance with regulatory and data governance policies.
**What's Needed?**
+ 7+ years of experience in Project Management, preferably within Investment Banking, AI, or Data-Driven Technologies.
+ Strong understanding of AI applications such as Generative AI, chatbots, NLP, and document intelligence.
+ Experience managing technology projects related to CRM, financial data platforms, or AI-driven analytics.
+ Ability to work in an ambiguous, fast-paced environment with evolving project scopes.
+ Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, working across business, technology, and AI research teams.
