Seeking a hands-on AI Solutions Engineer to design, build, and productionize advanced AI solutions that accelerate innovation across businesses and functions. This role focuses on engineering scalable AI systems, integrating Generative AI and LLMs, and deploying robust services into production environments. You will work end-to-end from evaluating frameworks and building intelligent agents to operationalizing models while collaborating with technical and business stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

AI System Engineering: Design and implement scalable AI solutions, including APIs and microservices for production environments.

Generative AI & LLMs: Develop prompts, build Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines, apply safety controls, and evaluate quality.

Build AI Agents: Create intelligent agents for workflows, decision support, and automation using orchestration frameworks.

Evaluate & Deploy New AI Frameworks and Models: Continuously assess emerging AI technologies and integrate them into production systems.

Data Pipeline Engineering: Build and optimize pipelines for data ingestion, preprocessing, and model training; ensure reliability and performance.

Operationalize AI: Implement CI/CD, monitoring, and governance for AI models and services.

Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with R&D, manufacturing, commercial, and IT teams to translate business needs into technical solutions.

Continuous Improvement: Drive best practices for reproducibility, security, and cost efficiency.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.

3–4 years of experience in software development with a focus on AI/ML engineering.

Strong proficiency in Python and experience with AI frameworks (e.g., AutoGen, Semantic Kernel, AI Agents Framework etc.).

Hands-on experience with Generative AI and LLMs (prompt engineering, fine-tuning, RAG).

Experience deploying AI models and services into production environments with monitoring and logging.

Familiarity with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP).

Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in an agile environment.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with Azure services (Function Apps, AI Foundry, AI Search, Blob Storage, etc.).

Knowledge of MLOps and CI/CD for AI workflows.

Experience with GenAI tools and libraries (LangChain, Hugging Face).

Exposure to vector databases and retrieval-augmented generation (RAG).

Experience building AI agents for workflows or decision support.
