Role Overview

We are seeking a mid-level AI / Software Developer to design, build, and integrate AI-enabled features into production applications. This role focuses on practical application of machine learning and large language models, alongside strong general software engineering fundamentals.

You will work closely with product, data, and operations teams to deliver scalable, secure, and maintainable solutions that solve real business problems.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain software applications that incorporate AI or machine learning capabilitiesIntegrate large language models (LLMs) and AI APIs into existing systems and workflowsBuild and optimize data pipelines to support AI-driven featuresCollaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutionsWrite clean, testable, and well-documented codeParticipate in code reviews and contribute to architectural decisionsSupport deployment, monitoring, and iterative improvement of AI-enabled systems

Required Qualifications

3+ years of professional software development experience (or 5+ years without a degree)Proficiency in Python and at least one additional language (JavaScript, Java, or similar)Experience working with AI/ML concepts, such as model inference, embeddings, or prompt engineeringFamiliarity with REST APIs, data formats (JSON), and cloud-based servicesExperience with version control systems (Git)Strong problem-solving and communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

Experience integrating or deploying LLMs (OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, Hugging Face, etc.)Familiarity with ML frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow, or similar)Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)Exposure to containerization (Docker) and CI/CD pipelinesUnderstanding of data privacy, security, and responsible AI practices
