Overview of the role: 

Saputo is seeking an AI Product Solutions Lead for an existing opportunity within our organization. At Saputo, where innovation meets opportunity, we leverage artificial intelligence to drive meaningful business outcomes across our core functions.

Reporting to the IT Director, Artificial Intelligence, this role owns and manages functional AI use cases across domains such as Supply Chain, Commercial, Human Resources, and Operations.

The position is responsible for defining the vision, roadmap, and value realization of AI‑enabled products—from ideation through deployment and adoption.

Acting as the primary bridge between business stakeholders and AI delivery teams, the role ensures that AI initiatives are aligned with business priorities, clearly tied to measurable outcomes, and prioritized based on value. A strong focus is placed on driving adoption and ensuring solutions deliver sustained impact across the organization.

In close collaboration with AI Solution Architects, data scientists, engineers, and core IT functions, this leader partners with business stakeholders to translate functional needs into scalable, high‑impact AI products within a dynamic, global environment.

How you will make contributions that matter: 

Own the AI Product Lifecycle

Act as the product owner for functional AI capabilities, from discovery and feasibility through deployment, adoption, and iteration.

Define product vision, success metrics, and roadmaps aligned with functional priorities and enterprise AI strategy.

Maintain a prioritized backlog of AI initiatives based on value, feasibility, and readiness.

Translate Business Problems into AI‑Ready Product Requirements

Partner with functional leaders and subject-matter experts to identify pain points and opportunities where AI can drive measurable impact.

Translate business problems into clear product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria for AI delivery teams.

Ensure requirements balance business value, data availability, and technical feasibility.

Drive Delivery & Value Realization

Collaborate closely with AI Solution Architects and delivery teams to ensure solutions meet functional needs and are fit for purpose.

Support sprint planning, prioritization, and release planning from a product and business-value perspective.

Define KPIs and success measures to track impact, adoption, and ROI of AI products.

Enable Adoption & Change Management

Lead functional change management for AI products, including stakeholder alignment, training, and communication.

Ensure AI solutions are usable, trusted, and integrated into day-to-day business processes and decision-making.

Gather feedback and drive continuous improvement across models, features, and user experience.

Stakeholder & Portfolio Management

Serve as the primary point of contact for functional AI initiatives, managing stakeholder expectations and trade-offs.

Support portfolio-level prioritization discussions in partnership with the Director of Artificial Intelligence.

Contribute to business cases, value tracking, and executive-level reporting for AI initiatives.

You are best suited for the role if you have the following qualifications: 

A university or college diploma in Business, Information Technology, Analytics, Supply Chain, or a related field

5+ years of experience in product management, advanced analytics, AI/ML solutions, or digital transformation

Strong business domain expertise in areas such as Supply Chain, Commercial, Finance, or Operations

Demonstrated experience translating business problems into data- or AI-driven solutions

Hands-on experience working in Agile or product-centric delivery environments

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to balance strategic thinking and execution

Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence across functions

Comfort working in complex, global organizations with multiple stakeholders and interdependencies

Bilingualism in English (required) and French (preferred)

Salary: $106,870 – $140,270

*Salary offers will vary commensurate with experience, education, skills, and training.
