Our client, the Global Leader in Technology is seeking a **Principal Product Manager** to lead the development and execution of AI-driven technology solutions as part of the **Elevate Initiative** , with a special focus on serving **nonprofit customers** . This role is ideal for a strategic and technically adept product leader who can shape product direction, bridge technical and business teams, and drive impactful solutions across critical customer workflows such as registration, eligibility, fraud detection, customer support, and offer signups.
As a Principal Product Manager, you will work closely with engineering, sales, operations, and nonprofit customer stakeholders to deliver intelligent, scalable solutions. Your leadership will ensure the successful delivery of AI and machine learning applications that improve customer experiences and operational efficiencies.

**What’s the Job?**
+ **Define Product Strategy** : Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to craft and evolve the AI product roadmap and strategy aligned with organizational goals.
+ **Drive Execution** : Translate strategy into detailed product features, user stories, and specifications to guide development teams.
+ **Stakeholder Management** : Partner cross-functionally across sales, operations, engineering, and external stakeholders to ensure alignment and timely delivery.
+ **Project Oversight** : Apply project management methodologies to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery while maintaining high standards of quality and performance.
+ **User Acceptance & Rollout** : Lead user acceptance testing (UAT), and develop rollout strategies, change management plans, and training documentation.
+ **AI/ML Integration** : Identify opportunities to leverage AI and machine learning to solve business problems and enhance product offerings.
+ **Governance & Communication** : Prepare and deliver updates and presentations to executive sponsors and steering committees.
**What’s Needed?**
+ 10+ years of product management experience, with at least 3+ years in AI or intelligent automation-focused initiatives
+ Exceptional ability to define and articulate product requirements, write features, and drive vision across complex, multi-platform systems
+ Strong experience in managing end-to-end product lifecycle in large-scale enterprise environments
+ Deep understanding of AI technologies, automation workflows, and their practical application to business problems
+ Experience with **Azure services** , **API integration** , and modern cloud platforms
+ Skilled in risk assessment, stakeholder engagement, and agile development methodologies
+ Excellent communication, facilitation, and leadership skills with a proven ability to influence cross-functional teams
+ Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities, with a bias toward action.
+ Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical field is required
+ Advanced degree (MBA or technical Master's) preferred
