We are seeking an AI Process Automation Expert to lead the design, development, and deployment of intelligent automation solutions across our organization. This role requires a unique blend of deep technical expertise in AI technologies and strong business acumen to identify inefficiencies, optimize processes, and deliver measurable impact.
The ideal candidate is equal parts engineer and strategist—capable of understanding complex business challenges and translating them into scalable, automated solutions powered by AI.

Key Responsibilities
AI Solution Design & Development
Design and build AI-driven automation workflows using tools such as machine learning models, large language models (LLMs), computer vision, and natural language processing.Develop end-to-end automation pipelines integrating AI models with enterprise systems, APIs, and RPA platforms.Evaluate and customize AI tools and frameworks to address specific business needs.Implement data preprocessing, feature engineering, model training, fine-tuning, and validation.Process Analysis & Optimization
Collaborate with business stakeholders to map current workflows, identify inefficiencies, and define automation opportunities.Translate business requirements into technical specifications, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.Quantify impact and develop ROI models to prioritize automation initiatives.Redesign processes to leverage AI capabilities while ensuring scalability and sustainability.Deployment & Integration
Deploy solutions in production environments, ensuring reliability, security, and performance optimization.Integrate AI solutions seamlessly with internal systems (ERP, CRM, workflow tools) and external services.Monitor and maintain automated systems, implementing improvements as needed.Governance, Quality & Compliance
Ensure AI solutions are compliant with data privacy regulations, internal security standards, and ethical AI practices.Implement evaluation metrics, monitoring dashboards, and ongoing model quality checks.Document workflows, model behavior, system architecture, and change logs.Cross-functional Collaboration & Communication
Partner with data teams, engineers, and business units to drive automation initiatives.Communicate complex AI concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders.Lead workshops, training sessions, and discovery meetings to identify new opportunities.Required Skills & Qualifications
Technical Skills
Proficiency with AI/ML tools (e.g., Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, LangChain, vector databases).Strong understanding of LLM operations, prompt engineering, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), and fine-tuning.Experience with RPA tools (e.g., UiPath, Automation Anywhere) and workflow orchestration.Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and MLOps best practices.Familiarity with API integration, data engineering, and ETL processes.Understanding of software development practices, version control, and testing.Business & Problem-Solving Skills
Strong ability to analyze business processes and identify automation opportunities.Experience building business cases, cost-benefit analyses, and ROI projections.Excellent critical thinking and the ability to simplify complex problems.Comfortable engaging with stakeholders at all levels—technical and non-technical.Strategic mindset with a focus on delivering measurable impact.Preferred Qualifications
