Our client, a leader in cloud operations and AI/ML innovation, is seeking a Systems Engineer IV to join their team **.** As a Systems Engineer IV, you will be part of the Cloud Operations & Innovation department supporting concept design and AI/ML development teams. The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving skills, collaboration and communication skills, and the ability to document technical solutions for senior leadership, which will align successfully in the organization. **Job Title:** AI/ML Systems Engineer IV **Location:** Nashville, TN, US (Fully Onsite) **Pay Range:** $70/hr. **What’s the Job?** 1. Lead and support development of AI/ML tools, building both front-end and back-end familiarity. 2. Investigate and map processes for concept design teams to clarify project lifecycle tasks. 3. Drive technical innovation, automation, and operational efficiency in infrastructure and AI solutions. 4. Troubleshoot complex systems and provide root-cause analysis with long-term solutions. 5. Maintain and enhance technical documentation for internal processes and deliverables. **What’s Needed?** 1. 5+ years in AI/ML development with strong Python skills (PyTorch, Keras, scikit-learn). 2. 3+ years implementing ML/DL algorithms and 2+ years building LLM-driven Generative AI applications. 3. 1+ year deploying production AI agents at scale. 4. Full-stack development experience and familiarity with AWS cloud-native solutions (SageMaker, Lambda, ECS/EKS). 5.
