Skills and Requirements - 3+ years of Instructional Design experience creating training materials including visuals, assets, videos, animations and more - Experience using Synthesia, Easy Generator or other AI design systems - Hands on experience using AI tools such as Google Gemini, ChatGPT and others to integrate into your design process and content creation - Ability to create engaging content and learning materials to educate employees to utilize these platforms
