As an AI Governance & Enablement Strategy Associate on the Strategic AI Governance and Enablement (SAIGE) team, you’ll be part of a dynamic team working on diverse projects that support the integration, regulatory compliance, and strategic execution of AI/ML technologies across the firm. The SAIGE team is dedicated to driving operational efficiencies and supporting the firm’s AI/ML objectives by promoting innovation and upholding the highest ethical and regulatory standards.
Job responsibilities
Engage in projects such as third-party AI vendor onboarding, governance metrics reporting, or legal and regulatory change management, and operational execution. Assist in the development and implementation of strategies for integrating AI models into business processes while ensuring alignment with organizational goals. Support the streamlining of governance components and contribute to tracking of key risk indicators. Participate in the navigation of industry regulations and standards, aiding in the development of frameworks for legal entity management and regulatory compliance. Establish and maintain relationships with stakeholders, providing transparency and alignment across strategic priorities to ensure seamless integration of AI solutions. Lead projects ensuring adherence to the defined lifecycle and clear roles and responsibilities across technology teams and business units. Propose and implement improvements to integration and governance processes and tools. Stay abreast on the latest AI advancements and integration technologies. Provide employees with training and resources on AI governance, ethics, regulations, and best practices, while promoting continuous learning and improvement.Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
Bachelor’s degree in relevant field and 3 years of applicable experience in governance, enablement, or regulatory compliance. Strong collaborative skills, with the ability to work effectively within a team and contribute to shared goals. Understanding of AI/ML concepts and lifecycle management, with willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges. Well-organized, detail-oriented, and process-driven with strong communication skills to convey concepts to diverse stakeholders.Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills:
Experience in the Financial Services industry. Experience with cross-functional collaboration, including influencing stakeholders and working with diverse teams. Familiarity with industry regulations and standards impacting AI/ML technologies
