Job Description / Position Description
We are looking for a skilled AI/ML to join our team. The ideal candidate should design, build, and optimize AI/ML models, including machine learning algorithms, statistical models, and predictive analytics.
Key Responsibilities
• Design, build, and optimize AI/ML models, including machine learning algorithms, statistical models, and predictive analytics.
• Develop production-grade AI solutions, ensuring scalability, performance, and reliability.
• Implement and integrate REST APIs, microservices, and other enterprise software development components.
• Work with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical AI solutions.
• Deploy and manage AI services in cloud-native architectures (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Collaborate on the end-to-end lifecycle of AI systems—from data ingestion to model deployment and monitoring.
• Evaluate, experiment with, and implement modern AI/ML frameworks and platforms.
Ensure adherence to best practices in coding, testing, documentation, and MLOps pipelines.
Required Skills & Qualifications
• Proficiency in programming languages relevant to AI such as Python or Java.
• Strong hands-on experience with AI/ML frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, Keras, or similar.
• Practical knowledge of enterprise software development, including:
• RESTful API development
• Microservices architecture
• Cloud-native development (Docker, Kubernetes, serverless technologies)
• Solid understanding of AI techniques, including:
• Machine learning algorithms
• Statistical modeling
• Data preprocessing and feature engineering
• Experience working with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) for AI/ML workloads.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced, multidisciplinary environment.
