We are seeking an AI Engineer to join our team focused on AI-assisted product development. You will translate UX deliverables into structured specifications for AI agents, configure and monitor AI agents for coding, QA, and delivery automation, and utilize tools like GitHub Copilot and OpenAI MCP to generate and maintain application components.
ResponsibilitiesTranslate UX deliverables, including Figma MCP artifacts, into structured specifications for AI agents.Configure, orchestrate, and monitor AI agents that perform coding, QA, documentation, and delivery automation.Use tools like GitHub Copilot, OpenAI MCP, and internal agent frameworks for application component generation and maintenance.Review and validate AI-generated code for correctness, performance, and architectural alignment.Develop, deploy, and maintain MCP servers/endpoints connecting design systems, specifications, repos, APIs, and runtime environments.Integrate MCP pipelines with CI/CD, GitHub Actions, testing agents, and spec-driven workflows.Ensure seamless flow of UX artifacts, API schemas, and SDD documents into dev automation.Guide the architecture of micro frontend React/Angular apps and .NET services.Ensure AI-generated components adhere to architectural patterns and compliance requirements.Collaborate with backend teams to maintain contract consistency between MFE and API layers.Configure and guide AI QA agents to produce various tests and validation scripts.Define acceptance criteria and review test coverage to ensure high product quality.Use AI to detect regressions, performance issues, and security gaps.Act as the connective tissue across UX, product, backend teams, and AI agents.Ensure adherence to spec-driven development and structured delivery cycles.Track progress, risks, and dependencies using AI assistants for planning and reporting.Essential SkillsStrong background in software engineering (frontend, backend, or full stack).Familiarity with React or Angular (micro frontends preferred)..NET 6/7/8+, REST, and real-time systems (SignalR, WebSockets).Cloud deployment patterns and DevOps concepts.Ability to review AI-generated code.Experience or strong interest in GitHub Copilot, OpenAI API, or similar LLM tooling.Agent-based architectures and workflow orchestration for AI-driven development.Ability to express requirements, specs, and constraints efficiently for AI tools.Additional Skills & QualificationsExperience with spec-driven development (SDD).Micro frontend architecture.OAuth2/Okta identity frameworks.Redis cache and real-time distributed systems.Familiarity with domain concepts in energy/wireline/remote operations is helpful.Past exposure to QA automation, product ownership, or delivery management.Using Figma plugins/APIs or design tokens.Experience with prompt engineering or model customization.Work EnvironmentThe work schedule is Monday through Friday, from 8 AM to 5 PM. Contractors have the flexibility to work remotely, but hybrid flexibility is required.

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $70.00 - $95.00/hr.
