**What you'll be doing**
Join our HR AI Enablement team as an HR AI Enablement Co-op, where you'll play a key role in supporting the integration of artificial intelligence within the Human Resources function. You'll collaborate with team members and cross-functional partners to streamline processes, analyze business data, and help drive innovative solutions. In this role, you'll gain hands-on experience with process management, business analytics, and relationship building, all while contributing to projects that shape the future of HR at CIBC. You'll participate in meetings, assist with project coordination, and support the development and implementation of AI initiatives. Your curiosity and willingness to learn will help you thrive in a dynamic, purpose-driven environment. This opportunity is ideal for students eager to explore the intersection of HR and technology.

**Important information**
+ You must be currently enrolled in post-secondary education and returning to full-time studies to be eligible. However, you do not need to be in a registered Co-Op program to be considered for a role.

+ **Process Management** – Assist in documenting, streamlining, and improving HR processes to support AI enablement initiatives.
+ **Business Analytics** – Gather, analyze, and interpret data to provide insights that inform decision-making and project outcomes.
+ **Relationship Management** – Collaborate with HR partners and other stakeholders to support project delivery and foster strong working relationships.
+ **Project Coordination** – Participate in team meetings, track project progress, and help ensure timely completion of deliverables.
