Job Description The Recruiting team is seeking a talented, customer-focused Sourcing Recruiter to join our global recruiting organization. You will be supporting technical teams to drive candidate generation strategies in partnership with your clients. Responsibilities + Engage qualified candidates for a variety of technical roles using multiple sourcing techniques. + Partner with key stakeholders to build and implement effective recruiting strategies. + Communicate sourcing strategies to recruiting leaders verbally and in writing, utilizing data, deliverables, and timelines. + Work with candidates through the interview process at a quick pace to create a great candidate experience. + Develop and implement existing processes for efficiency and maximum return on investment, while maintaining client and candidate experience as the top priority. Essential Skills + Recruiting + Sourcing + Boolean searches + ATS experience + Lead Generation + 1-3 years of experience in high volume sourcing, agency background preferred + Heavy call/email experience Additional Skills & Qualifications + High volume Recruiting experience; phone/email/text + CTS/ATS experience with sourcing, tracking, and managing candidates + 1+ years of high volume recruiting experience; will be supporting Electrical/Mechanical Engineering, HVAC, Electrician, Engineering Techs + 1+ years of CTS/ATS experience with sourcing, tracking, and managing candidates + Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional or military experience + Targeted sourcing capability utilizing a combination of tech-focused tools and resources + Experience managing and prioritizing multiple searches, projects, and client relationships + Ability to proactively network and establish effective working relationships, continually seek new sourcing options, and develop creative approaches for delivering candidates + Strong communication, organization, and negotiation skills + Ability to execute recruiting strategy, including employer promotion in the marketplace, candidate management, diversity sourcing, and interview process management + Self-sufficient and able to work with little direct supervision in extremely fast-paced environments Work Environment This position requires you to work on-site 5x a week in one of the following locations: Seattle, WA; Arlington, VA; Herndon, VA. This is a chance to get in on the ground floor of a new sourcing team that will support Data Center hiring, with a high chance of extension and possible conversion to full-time. Job Type & Location This is a Contract position based out of Arlington, VA. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $37.00 - $37.00/hr.
